Oversee and confirm all vendors’ contracts, times, quantities, duties and payments
Ensure caterer is properly serving and setting all china, linen and food.

Personal service to bride, groom, bridal party and family
Project manage entire event and all vendors. Greet and manage all vendors into their proper locations for set up.
Package all gifts and memorabilia and deliver to car
Set out all favors, place cards and basic decor ( that you provide ) such as centerpieces, cake table, guest book table, gift table etc.
Break down and clean up centers or décor

Tropical Paradise Wedding Package

This package is for couples with 50-150 guests and includes:
