Enjoy just being the bride and groom with this all inclusive package this package gives you a piece of mind knowing that your wedding is planned out from begining to end with professional help every step of the way. This packageis designed for couples with 25-50 guests and includes:

  • Event Manager

  • Consulting Appointment

  • Reception Design (Includes set-up)

  • Ceremony Design (Includes set-up)

  • Dinner Rehearsal Appointment

  • Provide resources for catering, cake, music, photography etc.

  • Clean-up

  • Floral/Decorating appointment,

  • Cake tasting appointment

  • Invitation design appointment

  • Complete vendor/event management, Coordinator on the day of the event to manage all of your finest details

  • Unlimited text, phone or email

 

Just say "I Do" this package is designed for  our couples that only need certain services its the build your own package. Mix and match any services to build your own customized package.

Full Day
Coordination
 

The day of coordination package will include the following:  

  •  Vendor referrals

  • Oversee and confirm all vendors’ contracts, times, quantities, duties and payments

  • Ensure caterer is properly serving and setting all china, linen and food.

  • Site/floor plan

  • Personalized ceremony lineup

  • Grand Entrance line up

  • Personal service to bride, groom, bridal party and family

  • Project manage entire event and all vendors. Greet and manage all vendors into their proper locations for set up.

  • Package all gifts and memorabilia and deliver to car

  • Set out all favors, place cards and basic decor ( that you provide ) such as centerpieces, cake table, guest book table, gift table etc.

  • Break down and clean up centers or décor

  • Unlimited email, phone and text correspondence

  • Guidance in creation and theme design

  • Ceremony coordination

  • Reception coordination

  • 2 coordinator 

 

Tropical Paradise Wedding Package

Enjoy feeling as if you were on vacation on a tropical paradise island. This package gives you the security and relaxation of knowing your wedding is professionally managed. This package is designed for our couples with a bit of a larger scale wedding that requires a little extra expertise to ensure things are smoothly handled. This package is for couples with 50-150 guests and includes:

  • 2 Event Managers

  • Consulting Appointment

  • Reception Design (Includes set-up)

  • Ceremony Design (Includes set-up)

  • Dinner Rehearsal Appointment

  • Provide resources for catering, cake, music, photography etc.

  • Clean-up

  • Floral/Decorating appointment,

  • Cake tasting appointment

  • Invitation design appointment

  • Complete vendor/event management, Coordinator on the day of the event to manage all of your finest details

Part Day
